"What is the 40 STRONG Program All About?"

When it comes to results, we've got the perfect formula for you to look and feel your best without boring cardio or over-restrictive diets and we're going to be right by your side every step of the way!

  • Customized Coaching: During this 40 Day program we'll plan out a custom workout routine that is based on your body, your abilities and your goals. We understand that you are likely dealing with painful joints, lack of energy, or suffering through hormonal changes. We will modify your program as needed if we find that you have some physical limitations, and we will always be striving to coach you on what you need to be doing and working on next to get the results you're looking for. Plus, we'll be by your side at every single workout so you don' t have to worry about a single thing.

  • Track Your Results: We hold you to a higher standard than you may hold yourself, because if you’re not being held accountable to someone only YOU know if you did, or did not, workout. It's way easier to make excuses to ourselves, in our own heads, than to our coach. Our entire focus is on getting you results. You can expect us to take measurements regularly so we know you're getting results!

  • Support And Accountability: Get expert coaching from our coaches with the support of others who are just like you. Leadership and accountability could be the missing ingredient you need to make this time count. You're enrolling in not just a fitness course, but an entire community. We'll all be by your side every step of the way, making sure doing everything right, assuring everything is to your fitness level (even if you've neverdone anything before), and holding you accountable throughout the entire 8 weeks.

What's Included In The 40 Strong Program?

  • 40 Days of Personal Coaching: We'll be on the floor with you at EVERY SINGLE workout when you complete your program to show you how to do everything, make sure you're doing it right, answeryour questions, and keep you motivated the whole time. We're here from 5:30am to 7:00pm and you make your own schedule on our easy to use mobile app. You just show up and we'll take care of the rest!

  • Accountability & Goal Setting Check-Ins: We'll meet with you throughout and chat to see how things are going. You'll weigh in, take some measurements, and chat nutrition. Accountability is the key to success, and this is one of the many places it happens.

  • Unlimited E-Mail & Online Support: Have a question? Just reach out to us and we'll do everything we can to help.

  • The Genesis Family: Hopefully by now you've seen that we're quite different than your typical gym. We truly care about you. When you join us, you become a part of our Genesis Family. This is a group of people including our team and our clients that will always be there for you. Whether it's a smile as you walk in the door or a high-five after a good workout, we are a family. Typically personal training is $75, $80, even $100...an hour.

 

The cool thing about our program is you get all the benefits of personal training, but at a fraction of the cost.

  • Who is the 40 STRONG Program for?

  • Any fitness level can participate in this program, Our coaches will modify YOUR program to YOUR specific needs, even if you have prior injuries. Some have specific dietary needs, some have 100 pounds to lose. This program is designed for those intimidated by the typical gym, those that haven't been to the gym in years, and those ready to get a jump start.

  • What if my schedule changes weekly?

  • We get it! In fact about a 2/3 of our clients here have schedules that change frequently. With that said, we have multiple time slots per week, ranging from 5:30am-6:00pm. You sign-up for all your sessions on our easy to use mobile app.

  • What are the classes like?

  • Would you believe they are NOT classes; more like small groups of your best friends working out together. You will have a coach right there; coaching, spotting, and pushing you on the exercises that you need help with.
