Our adults train in small groups to ensure that each individual receives personalized coaching tailored towards their unique goals and training backgrounds. Our Adult Strength program is centered around strength training to improve body composition, and performance. Participants in our adult strength program can expect to gain strength and muscle mass, lose body fat, and improve their movement quality.
