MEET DEREK BERGGREN

Derek is the Adult Fitness Director at Genesis Sports Performance. He has a Bachelor of Science
degree in Exercise Science with a focus in strength and conditioning. He continues to focus on growing
his knowledge on all aspects of strength and conditioning, speed and agility and injury rehabilitation.

Outside of the gym Derek and his wife enjoy camping and exploring different countries and cultures. He
always hopes to create a welcoming and positive training environment for anyone looking to better
themselves at Genesis.
